Cancellation Policy

At RAD VÉLO, we understand that plans can change. Here's our policy on cancellations:

 

Bike Rentals:

  • Cancellations made [Timeframe] or more before your rental start time: You will receive a [Refund Percentage] refund of your rental fee.

  • Cancellations made within [Timeframe] of your rental start time or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

Cycling Experiences/Tours:

  • Cancellations made [Timeframe] or more before your experience/tour start time: You will receive a [Refund Percentage] refund.

  • Cancellations made within [Timeframe] of your experience/tour start time: No refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations by RAD VÉLO (e.g., due to weather, safety concerns): We will offer you the option to reschedule your experience/tour or receive a full refund. We will always prioritise your safety and enjoyment.

 

Fleet Bike Sales:

  • Cancellations of fleet bike sales are only permitted under the following conditions: [Specific conditions list].

  • Refunds for permitted fleet bike sale cancellations: Will be processed via [Payment Method] within [Number] business days.

Accommodation Bookings (Individual Travel):

  • Deposit: After booking your stay, a confirmation and deposit invoice will be sent. The deposit must be paid within one week and is non-refundable.

  • Final Payment: The final amount is due 30 days before arrival. If booking within 30 days of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation:

    • Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.

 

Accommodation Bookings (Group Travel):

  • Deposit: After booking your stay, a confirmation and deposit invoice will be sent. The deposit must be paid within one week and is non-refundable.

  • Final Payment: The final amount is due 45 days before arrival. If booking within 45 days of arrival, the entire amount is due at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation:

    • Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

    • No refund for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.

Important Notes:

  • "No-shows" (failing to arrive for your rental or experience at the scheduled time) will not be eligible for refunds.

  • Force Majeure: In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, official travel restrictions), we will handle cancellations on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with Spanish law. This includes situations where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issues travel advisories affecting your destination.

  • Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Desistimiento): For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your product or service, as per Spanish consumer law. Please contact us for instructions on how to exercise this right.

  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@radvelomallorca.com with your booking details.

 

How Refunds Are Processed:

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for your booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please allow [Number] business days for refunds to appear in your account.
